Graphic Design

For the 2015 Mrs. Tennessee America Pageant, I created ads for Cheryl Brehm. Cheryl held the title for Mrs. Williamson County and later went on to win the prestigious title of Mrs. Tennessee. The ads were created in Photoshop CS5.

Film Production

In 2014, I had the pleasure of working as a production assistant on the independent film “Fruitcake.” This film was awarded “Audience Favorite” and “Official Selection” in film festivals. David Wilkinson (director/producer), and Bobby Marko (director/producer) co-created this beautiful inspiring short film about loneliness and the desperate search for connection. Promotional Video

This is a promotional package I made during my undergrad studies for the non-profit organization CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) located in Bradley County, TN. Interviews, voice overs, and B-Roll footage were captured with a Canon 7D. Additional footage was provided by CASA to integrate into the promo to keep continuity with the pre-existing national promotional packages. The intro motion graphic and roll out graphic were created in After Effects. Editing was done in Final Cut 7.

Live Production

This promotional video (created by Chase Hall) illustrates an example of my experience in live production. In this performance by Unity Dance Troupe, I served as the audio technician. In other live events, I have utilized my skills in staging, lighting, audio, and various forms of media. Other venues I have provided tech support for include concerts, theatre productions, operas, ballet/dance recitals, worship services, etc. I have also provided tech support for artists such as Gungor, Superchick, Family Force 5, Barlow Girl, John Mark McMillan, and many more while they held concerts at Lee University.

Typography Animation

This is a short excerpt of a larger project that I created for educational purposes in a motion graphics class. I used Adobe After Effects to create typography animation synced to the song “Strangers” by Micah Bournes and Emily Joy.

Video Production Internship

In 2012-2013, I served as a video production intern at First Baptist in Cleveland, TN. This video is a typical example of the quality of work the video production team produces during a Sunday morning service. At First Baptist, I gained experience in technical directing (switcher operation), shading, graphics, live web streaming, camera operation, and directing.

Broadcast Campaign Writing

This broadcast campaign was my final project for a copywriting course. In this campaign, I analyzed the Monster Energy franchise and devised advertising platforms complete with research, demographics, copywriting, and audio/visual commercial script writing.
